Jennie Loriston – Clarke MBE, FBHS, NPSD

Jennie Loriston-Clarke is one of Britain’s leading riders and trainers and has represented Great Britain in four Olympic games: Munich ’72 and Montreal ’76 with Kadett; Los Angeles ’84 with Prince Consort and Seoul ’88 where she was 14th with Dutch Gold.

Some six list one judges were on hand to oversee the competition, among them the legendary Jennie Loriston-Clarke.

Beth Maloney (BHSIISM, MBA), began her equine career at Catherston Stud with Jennie Loriston-Clarke and studied at Warwickshire College of Agriculture.

“It's very wrong for people to incorrectly add a 'brand' to the name of something if they haven't bred it,” says Jennie Loriston-Clarke.

His own career has been well managed and he has been campaigned successfully not only by Jennie Loriston Clark but also as part of the Junior.

She also rode in the alternative Olympics in 1980 where she was 6th with Dutch Courage and won a Bronze Medal with this horse at the World Equestrian Games. Before concentrating on dressage Jennie made her name in point to pointing and horse trials qualifying for Burghley as well as winning the Midland Bank Championships on Dutch Gold before taking him the next day to compete in Europe at a CDI proving both her and the horse’s versatility.

Jennie is a FEI International Dressage Judge and FEI International 3 – Day Event judge.
